Furniture series based on identity system developed by Lance Wyman and others for 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, drawing inspiration from indigenous Huichol yarn paintings, Aztec carvings, and mid century Clara Porset butaque chairs. Also researching student protests, the Tlatelolco massacre, and all of the other complex history surrounding the 1968 Olympics as I create an object meant to promote unity and peace through sharing a moment of rest and conversation between athletic events. Wintersession 2025”.

A photo series inspired by Jan Švankmajer’s Alice, exploring the surreal interplay between dark fantasy and reality. The project draws from the artist’s experiences in Kashgar, an ancient city located in the Xinjiang region of western China whose rich and enigmatic textures evoke the feeling of stepping into a living fairy tale. Through this visual narrative, the artist weaves together elements of surrealism, nostalgia, and dreamlike intimacy, capturing fleeting moments where fashion and storytelling merge to create otherworldly impressions.
